Chas Whitehead

Chas Whitehead is a personal injury attorney that represents clients through all stages of litigation. Previously, Mr. Whitehead represented insurance companies, physicians, consumer companies, and individuals. Mr. Whitehead spent over four years litigating on behalf of those clients in many types of cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, discrimination, contracts, and property. Mr. Whitehead’s experience with medical malpractice cases includes work on cases involving catastrophic losses and birth injury cases.

Mr. Whitehead uses his litigation experience to help clients navigate their cases effectively to obtain the compensation the clients deserve. His experience has helped him learn strategies and pitfalls that are vital to litigating cases.

Education & Personal Life

Mr. Whitehead is a Brunswick native, and now represents individuals across the state of Georgia. Mr. Whitehead graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Justice Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University’s School of Law.

Mr. Whitehead has served in every role of the Glynn County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, including being President for two years. He enjoys golf, and has become involved with the First Tee of the Golden Isles.
